Looking for a tattoo design that’s 100% unique to you? Custom Tattoo Ticket allows you to request a personalized design that you can take to local tattoo artist of your choice.

1. Fill out this  “Custom Tattoo Ticket” form with your ideas and details.

2. Your request will be reviewed, and if accepted, you’ll receive an email with deposit details to secure your custom design.

Important: Your custom design is only booked once the deposit is secured. The deposit will be arranged after I review your request to ensure it aligns with my style and availability.

Please note: This is for the design artwork only, NOT a tattoo booking with me. Once completed, you’ll receive a digital file of the design to take to your preferred tattoo artist.
