Refund policy

Physical products (prints, artworks)
You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. Email me at ananasttattoo@gmail.com within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days after that. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are yours. I’ll refund your payment, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Tattoo tickets (digital downloads)
Tattoo tickets are delivered digitally, right after purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available. If your file doesn’t work or isn’t what you ordered, email me and I’ll replace it or refund you.

Custom tattoo tickets and custom designs
These are made specifically for you. Once I’ve started working on your design, the part of the work that’s already done can’t be refunded.

Tattoo appointments
Deposits start at €50 and go towards the final price. Your deposit is refunded if you cancel at least 2 days before your appointment. Custom tattoos can be rescheduled up to 2 times and flash tattoos once, with at least 2 days’ notice. If you don’t show up, you lose your deposit.

Damaged or wrong items
Email me a photo of the item and the packaging as soon as possible, and I’ll sort it out.
