Request Your Custom Tattoo Ticket

This form is for requesting a custom tattoo design that you can take to another artist to get inked. A custom tattoo design ticket gives you permission to use the design, but remember, this is NOT a tattoo appointment form with me.

Your request will be reviewed, and if accepted, you’ll receive an email with deposit details to secure your custom design.

Important: Your custom design is only booked once the deposit is secured. The deposit will be arranged after I review your request to ensure it aligns with my style and availability.
