A. Our physical products, typically take about 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped, can be longer during periods of high demand. After shipping, orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. It's important to verify your shipping address before completing your order as changes might not be possible afterwards. We're not liable for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages after they've been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Q. My package is lost, what should I do?

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not accept returns on downloadable stencils or prints.We make every print to order so we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you choose the correct product before placing your order. We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality products that they are satisfied with so if there are any problems with your order please reach out to us.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Since we process orders quickly, cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to cancel, contact ananasttattoo@gmail.com immediately, and we'll see what we can do.
Q. How do I download my tattoo design?
A. After purchasing a Tattoo Ticket, you'll receive an email with a link to download your high-quality, non-watermarked tattoo design. If you encounter any issues with downloading, please contact us at ananasttattoo@gmail.com for assistance.
Q. My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
A. If any physical product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging. We'll assist you in resolving the issue. For additional questions not covered here, feel free to email us at ananasttattoo@gmail.com, and we'll respond within 48 business hours.
